Take 3 deep breathes while holding your GV26 acupuncture point as seen in the image here. It's located 1/3rd of the way down the vertical indent under your nose.


Here's a video link to Michael Reed Gach demonstrating this acupressure point with a group of kids. Yup you can teach this to your kids as well as use it for yourself. Instead of reaching for that afternoon coffee try a GV26 hold and a few deep breathes.
